1. Spirit-filled
Spirit of man kills your liver,
Spirit of God makes you a live-r.

(Prov 23:31-32 NIV) Do not gaze at wine when it is red, when it sparkles in the cup, when it goes down smoothly! In the end it bites like a snake and poisons like a viper.

2. Absolute truth
God came from the uttermost,
To save me from the gutter-most.

(Neh 1:9 NIV) But if you return to me and obey my commands, then even if your exiled people are at the farthest horizon, I will gather them from there and bring them to the place I have chosen as a dwelling for my Name.'
(Heb 7:25 NIV) Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.

3. How true
If what I have I don’t share,
It is because I don’t care.
What is not present in the ‘pot’?
Cannot, out in a spoon be brought.

(Job 31:17 NIV) if I have kept my bread to myself, not sharing it with the fatherless--

Loving can never empty your heart,

What you with love don’t use,

5. Salvation is free
Let not your priceless testimony
Be aimed to get some money.

(1 Pet 5:2 NIV) Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care, serving as overseers--not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not greedy for money, but eager to serve;

6. He goes ahead to arrange a reception
When God on a hard mission you does send,
You can be sure that He awaits you at the other end.

7. Divine principle
When our hearts are ruled by ‘God’s loving’,
Giving and serving will become our way of living.

(Rom 12:13 NIV) Share with God's people who are in need. Practice hospitality.

8. Careful where you step on
Don’t let your personal gain,
Be made on another’s pain.

(Titus 3:2 NIV) to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and to show true humility toward all men.

9. “Con” into condemnation
Condemnation is only Satan’s produce subtle “con,”
To deceive one to “turn”- ‘self- condemnation ‘on’.

(Isa 50:8 NIV) He who vindicates me is near. Who then will bring charges against me? Let us face each other! Who is my accuser? Let him confront me!

10. Who is to gain?
It is only when to God you want to give your all,
You will find God has already given to you His all.

(Phil 3:8 NIV) What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ.

11. On His Word
When you heed His holy Word,
You’ll find God keeps His word.

(2 Cor 1:20 NIV) For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God.
(Mark 13:31 NIV) Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

12. Storm or calm
If you are not Christ centred,
Alas you will be crisis centred.

(Ps 107:29-30 NIV) He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven.

13. Man or dog
A wise man embarks on a good mission,
A fool just barks at any good mission.

14. Expect to receive
When at God’s love you do thrill,
The same God’s love, you, will fill.

(Ps 119:64 NIV) The earth is filled with your love, O LORD; teach me your decrees.
(Ps 136:2 NIV) Give thanks to the God of gods. His love endures forever.

15. Stop or start
Life is only a heartbeat away,
Heaven is just a prayer away.

Even an end can become a start,
When Prayer comes from the heart.

(1 Kings 8:30 NIV) Hear the supplication of your servant and of your people Israel when they pray toward this place. Hear from heaven, your dwelling place, and when you hear, forgive.
